AHSCA COOKBOOK (Currently Unavailable)The AHSCA compiled and published a cookbook in 1992. It has been reprinted at least five times since. This cookbook is written in English and includes both Hungarian-style and other types of recipes. This cookbook is dedicated to our Mothers, Grandmothers, and Great-Grandmothers who settled here in Árpádhon (Hungarian Settlement). Many of the recipes featured are traditional recipes brought from Hungary and passed down through generations, others are family favorites. The Hungarian-style recipes have both their Hungarian and English names. Over the years many traditions have been lost. However, the custom of preparing the types of food that our Mothers, Grandmothers, and Great-Grandmothers once made is a part of our culture that continues to this day. We are very proud to be able to share this part of our Hungarian heritage with others. We hope that you will enjoy the many wonderful Family Treasures on the pages of this cookbook. To obtain a copy of this cookbook, send $15.00 (check or money order) to: AHSCA
